Terms and Conditions — y 999 Platform Rules for Pakistan

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to y 999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y 999 ("y 999", "we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the website y999.cash and all products, services and features available through it, including cricket betting, Ludo games, slots, virtual sports and all other gaming products.

By accessing y999.cash, registering an account or placing any bet or game entry, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use y 999.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy of y 999, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on y 999 and to participate in any real-money betting or gaming activity on the platform. y 999 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is held by a person under 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any winnings generated during that period may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

y 999 is operated for players in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are located in Pakistan and that using the platform does not violate any law applicable to your specific circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing y 999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on y 999. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method or shared devices — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering on y 999, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not use false names, fictitious contact details or another person's information. y 999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

3 Your Account — Responsibilities & Security

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y 999 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. y 999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your y 999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@y999.cash. y 999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. We will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and take appropriate action.

3.3 Account Sharing

Your y 999 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to or accessed by any other person under any circumstances. Accounts that are found to be shared — for example, where bets are placed by a different person than the account holder — will be suspended and any pending winnings may be withheld.

3.4 Account Currency

All y 999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversions on y 999, and no charges are applied by the platform for currency conversion.

3.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, bet or game entry has been made for a continuous period of 12 months. y 999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

y 999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Pakistan-based payment methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant processing
• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant processing
• NayaPay — digital wallet, instant processing
• SadaPay — digital wallet, instant processing
• IBFT Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank

All transactions on y 999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y 999 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on y 999 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). The minimum deposit via IBFT bank transfer or card is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to additional verification under our know-your-customer procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from y 999, your account must be verified. Verification requires a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation that the withdrawal method is registered in your name and matches the deposit method used. Withdrawals to unverified accounts or third-party payment details will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 1–5 minutes for verified accounts
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses

If you have an active bonus on your y 999 account, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being removed from your account. The original deposited amount remains withdrawable. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5 Betting Rules & Settlement Policies

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets on y 999 must be placed through the official platform interface at y999.cash. Bets placed via any other means will not be recognised or honoured. A bet is confirmed only when a Bet ID is generated and displayed to you. You are responsible for verifying that your bet has been correctly placed before the relevant event begins.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on y 999 is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market, event type and individual account status. y 999 reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes at any time. The maximum single-event payout on y 999 is Rs 50,00,000. The maximum accumulator payout is Rs 1,00,00,000. Bets that would result in winnings above these limits will be reduced automatically to comply with the applicable cap.

5.3 Voiding and Cancellation of Bets

y 999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error
• The event is abandoned, cancelled or not completed within a reasonable timeframe
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market has officially closed
• There is credible evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised
• The bet resulted from a technical malfunction on the y 999 platform

Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's y 999 account balance in full.

5.4 Cricket Match Abandonment

If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is reached and no DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) result is declared, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes refunded. If a DLS result is officially declared by the governing body, all bets are settled based on that result. In-play bets placed after the match began are subject to specific settlement rules based on the state of the match at the point of abandonment, as detailed in our sports-specific rules available in the FAQ section.

5.5 Palpable Errors

Where y 999 has published odds that are clearly incorrect — for example, an obvious data entry error or a feed malfunction that results in prices far outside the normal range — y 999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these Terms.

5.6 Live Betting

Live in-play betting on y 999 carries additional considerations. During live play, markets may be temporarily suspended between events (for example, between deliveries in cricket). All live bets are subject to acceptance at the point of placement and y 999 does not guarantee that live bets will be accepted at the price displayed. Price fluctuation notifications are provided where technically possible.

6 Promotions, Bonuses & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Promotion Terms

All promotions and bonuses offered by y 999 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. Players should read individual promotion terms carefully before opting in.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses on y 999 are available to players who have registered and verified their accounts, made at least one qualifying deposit and not previously claimed the same bonus. y 999 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion, including in cases where promotional abuse is suspected.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on y 999 is 15x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by product — sports bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, Ludo games contribute 100%, virtual sports contribute 100% and slots contribute as stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.4 Accumulator Boost

The y 999 Accumulator Boost is applied automatically to qualifying accumulators with 5 or more legs. The boost percentage is 20% for 5-leg accumulators and increases to 50% for 10 or more legs. The boost applies to net winnings after the original stake is deducted. The maximum boost payment is Rs 5,00,000 per accumulator. The boost does not apply to each-way or system bets.

6.5 Abuse and Misuse of Promotions

y 999 actively monitors promotional activity. Behaviour considered to be promotional abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts, systematically exploiting bonus terms, or coordinated multi-account activity — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Ludo Games, Slots & Other Gaming Products

7.1 RNG Certification

All Ludo dice rolls, slot outcomes, virtual sports results and other gaming products on y 999 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The results cannot be influenced by the platform, the player or any external party. y 999 publishes payout rates for its gaming products and these are audited periodically.

7.2 Ludo Game Entry and Prizes

Entry fees for Ludo games on y 999 are deducted from your account balance at the point of joining a game room. Entry fees are non-refundable once a game has commenced. If a game is terminated due to a technical fault on the y 999 platform before a result is reached, entry fees will be refunded to all participating players in full. Tournament entry fees are subject to the specific tournament rules published on the tournament page.

7.3 Game Disconnection Policy

In Ludo games, if a player loses connectivity during an active game, a 60-second reconnection window is provided. If the player does not reconnect within this window, the game will continue without them and their tokens will be auto-played or the game will be forfeited, depending on the game mode. y 999 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues including internet outages, mobile data failure or device problems.

7.4 Virtual Sports

Virtual sports events on y 999 are simulated events generated by a certified RNG. They are not real sporting events and bear no relation to real-world outcomes. Virtual sports betting follows the same general betting rules described in Section 5. Results are displayed immediately after each virtual event and all virtual bets are settled automatically within seconds of the result.

8 Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y 999 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age
• Opening or using more than one y 999 account
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit pricing discrepancies
• Using another person's payment details for deposits or directing withdrawals to a third-party account
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the technical operation of y 999
• Placing bets with insider information or in connection with any match-fixing arrangement
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through y 999 accounts
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or y 999 staff

9 Responsible Gaming

y 999 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Session Limits — restrict how long you can remain logged in during a single session
• Loss Limits — cap how much you can lose over a defined period
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break
• Reality Checks — periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of elapsed time

10 Intellectual Property

All content on y 999 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, data compilations, page layout and navigation structures — is the intellectual property of y 999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from y 999 without the prior written permission of the platform. Limited, non-commercial personal use of the platform content is permitted provided that no intellectual property notices are removed or obscured.

The y 999 name, logo and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used in any manner without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y 999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from the use of y 999
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on y 999 that you have not independently verified
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors including Easypaisa, JazzCash or banks

In all cases, y 999's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to y 999 in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension, Closure & Balance Return

12.1 Closure by y 999

y 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, fraud, regulatory requirement or commercial decision. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, the remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 5 business days.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your y 999 account at any time by contacting support at support@y999.cash. Before closure, any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Accounts closed voluntarily with no remaining balance will be deactivated within 48 hours of the request. Re-registration after a voluntary closure is permitted unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion arrangement, in which case the exclusion period must elapse first.

12.3 Account Suspension Pending Investigation

Where y 999 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, an account may be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, betting, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted. y 999 will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the player.

13 Amendments to These Terms

y 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — y 999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of y 999 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using y 999 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.

14 Governing Rules & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of your use of y 999, shall be governed by the rules and policies of the platform as published at y999.cash. In the event of a dispute, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact y 999 customer support at support@y999.cash with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the relevant bet or transaction ID and the nature of your complaint.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, escalate in writing to the y 999 Complaints Team. We commit to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Review: If the complaint remains unresolved after the formal process, y 999 will conduct a final internal review and communicate a binding decision to the player.

y 999 reserves the right to make final decisions on all betting disputes based on the platform's transaction records and event data. In cases where our data and the player's records conflict, the platform's official transaction log shall be treated as the authoritative source.
